SHIPPING POLICY / 运输政策

1. Order Processing / 订单处理
Orders are normally processed within [1–3] business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends, public holidays or peak periods may require additional processing time.

订单通常会在付款成功确认后的 [1–3]个工作日内处理。周末、公共假期或促销旺季期间下单，处理时间可能有所延长。

2. Delivery Areas / 配送范围
We currently deliver to Malaysia. International delivery may be available where stated at checkout or on the relevant product/order page.

目前我们提供马来西亚境内配送。如结账页面或相关产品/订单页面另有说明，也可能提供国际配送。

3. Estimated Delivery Time / 预计配送时间
West Malaysia: [1–5] Business days. East Malaysia: [3–7] Business days. International: [5–14] Business days, where available.
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

西马：[1–5] 个工作日。东马：[3–7] 个工作日。
国际配送（如适用）：[5–14]个工作日。
以上仅为预计时间，并非保证送达日期。

4. Shipping Charges / 运费
Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Free-shipping promotions are subject to the stated promotional terms.

运费将在结账付款前显示。免运费优惠须遵守相关促销活动所列明的条件。

5. Tracking / 物流追踪
Where tracking is available, a tracking number will be provided after dispatch. Customers may use the tracking number through the relevant courier’s tracking system.

如有提供物流追踪服务，我们会在订单发货后提供追踪号码。客户可通过相关快递公司的追踪系统查询包裹状态。

6. Incorrect Address / 地址错误
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Additional shipping charges may apply if a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

客户有责任提供完整及准确的配送资料。如包裹因地址错误或不完整而退回，重新寄送时可能产生额外运费。

7. Damaged, Lost or Delayed Parcels / 包裹损坏、遗失或延迟
If a parcel is damaged, delayed, or shown as delivered but not received, please contact us promptly with your order number and supporting photographs or other information. We may liaise with the courier to investigate.

如包裹损坏、延迟，或物流显示已送达但客户未收到，请尽快联系我们，并提供订单号码、照片或其他相关资料。我们可能会与快递公司联系调查。

8. International Orders / 国际订单
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, import charges or other destination-country fees may apply and may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

国际订单可能产生目的地国家的关税、税费、进口费用或其他相关费用。除非另有说明，此类费用可能由客户承担。
