Actual colours may vary due to lighting, photography and screen settings. Measurements may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances. Packaging, labels or minor design details may differ from images shown online.

Al prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated. Prices and promotions may change from time to time.Promotional offers, discount codes and vouchers may be subject to additional terms and may not be combined unless stated otherwise.

除非另有说明，所有价格均以马来西亚令吉（RM）显示。价格及促销活动可能不时调整。促销优惠、折扣码及优惠券可能受额外条款限制，除非另有说明，否则不可与其他优惠同时使用。

4. Orders & Payment / 订单与付款
Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or reject an order where products areunavailable, there is an obvious pricing or description error, inaccurate information is provided, fraudulent activity is suspected, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent fulfilment. If payment has been received for a canceled order, an eligible refund wil be arranged.

订单将在付款成功确认后处理。如产品缺货、价格或产品资料存在明显错误、客户提供的资料不准确、怀疑存在欺诈或未经授权的交易，或因我们无法合理控制的情况导致无法履行订单，我们有权取消或拒绝订单。如订单取消时已收到款项，我们将安排符合条件的退款。

5. Shipping / 运输
Orders are processed and delivered according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, public holidays, peak periods, weather, customs clearance or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

订单将按照本网站的运输政策处理及配送。配送时间仅为预计时间，可能受到快递运营、公共假期、促销旺季、天气、海关清关或其他我们无法合理控制的情况影响。

6. Returns & Refunds / 退货与退款
Returns, exchanges and refunds are subject to our Refund & Return Policy. Customers must folow the applicable return procedure and provide required information or evidence.

退货、换货及退款须遵守本网站的退货与退款政策。客户必须按照适用的退货流程办理，并提供所需资料或证明。

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia Disputes shall be subject to the applicable laws and jurisdiction of Malaysia.
